Shipping policy
Delivery is free
On every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.
How long it takes
We take 2 to 5 days to pack your order and get it away, then 5 to 21 days in transit. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks in total.
We would rather tell you that up front than promise you two days and disappoint you. If you need it for a particular date, order with room to spare.
Christmas
Order by 1 December to be confident it arrives before Christmas. We will keep taking orders after that, but we cannot promise a date once the window is that tight.
Where we deliver
The United Kingdom, the European Union, and a number of countries beyond both. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver there.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order. Where tracking is available for your address, we will send it on once your parcel is moving. Tracking can sit still for several days in transit and that is normal; it does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Customs and duties
Orders inside the UK have nothing further to pay. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge import duty or tax on arrival, and that is set by them rather than by us. Anything of that sort is the customer's responsibility.
If something goes wrong
Wrong address, no sign of it, or a parcel that looks like it has been through a hedge — email with your order number and we will put it right.
