These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from Hullo. By placing an order you accept them.

Hullo is a United Kingdom business trading online. You can contact us at and we aim to answer within one working day.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay. We take payment when you order.
We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If we spot an obvious error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before sending it and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm it has been sent. We can decline an order — if we cannot get stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
The product
Photographs and colours are shown as accurately as we can manage, but screens vary and a small difference in shade is not a fault.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Using this website
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or use it for anything unlawful.
Events outside our control
If something genuinely beyond our control delays your order, we will tell you and do what we can. If the delay is substantial you can cancel and we will refund you in full.
Complaints
Email and we will do our best to put things right.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
